I am a professional actor and filmmaker and a graduate of Kent State University where I pursued a Bachelors of Science in Digital Media Production with a minor in Theatre Performance graduating cum laude. Originally majoring in business management, I found myself exploring interests that I have never thought of before which eventually lead me to auditioning for a local play taking place on campus. Acting was never something I thought that I could do before, but after getting cast in the play and going through rehearsals and eventually opening night, I found myself in love with each step of the process. From there I wanted to explore more and found myself acting in a few on campus student films. And it was there that I learned my passion for filmmaking. Seeing the kind of creativity and collaboration that went in to making a film was exhilarating to me. Eventually, I was given the opportunity to direct my own film from a script that I had written and ever since then I hadn’t looked back. Now, I want to share my voice and perspective with the world through telling unique and thought-provoking stories through film, hoping to one day change the world and inspire others along the way!

Since then, I have been fortunate enough to showcase my some of my films in festivals across America, perform as an actor in Scotland as a part of the annual Fringe Festival, act in a couple more short films and plays, and get signed to a local talent agency in Columbus, Ohio. As an actor I am passionate and dedicated to exploring the vulnerable, powerful, playful, sensitive, and complex nuances of life on screen through my performances, while also being a very strong proponent of advancing media equality and opportunity for people of color in the film industry.
